The counseling process
In our first meeting, we clarify your concerns, goals and expectations regarding supervision and coaching.
On this basis I will prepare an offer for you, and you decide whether or not you want to proceed. A contract will then lay out our further course of action. We will regularly review our work during the counseling process and together decide whether the chosen direction is still adequate or in need of adjustment. As your supervisor or coach, I am of course bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Length of sessions, frequency and cost
An individual supervision usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes, for teams and groups between 90 and 120 minutes every four to six weeks. The duration of the consultation process as a whole depends on the issue you wish to discuss and the agreement we have established. The fees depend on the duration, the number of participants, the agreed contract and its general conditions. The contract will specify in writing the exact amount payable.
